The terms for using InsiderTradr’s market research and portfolio workspace. Using the service: Use InsiderTradr lawfully and keep your Google account and devices secure. You are responsible for the holdings and other information you enter. Do not attempt to access another user’s data, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or abuse its APIs. Research and investment decisions: InsiderTradr provides research tools, not personalised investment, legal or tax advice. It does not execute trades or hold funds. You make your own investment decisions. Investing can result in losses, including the loss of your entire investment. Data and AI limitations: Prices may be delayed or unavailable. Disclosures and holdings reports may lag actual transactions and are not current portfolios. Currency conversions and performance calculations are estimates. AI summaries and suggestions can be incorrect. Check original sources before relying on any result. Third-party services: Google sign-in, market feeds, news links, videos and chart widgets are supplied by other providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Availability and accuracy depend on those providers. Availability and responsibility: We may change features or suspend access when needed to maintain or protect the service. The service is provided as available, without a promise of continuous uptime or error-free data. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Your information and closing an account: Our privacy policy describes how account and portfolio information is used. You may stop using the service at any time.
