SPDR Series Trust - State Street SPDR Portfolio Aggregate Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by State Street Global Advisors, Inc. The fund is managed by SSGA Funds Management, Inc. It invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. The fund invests in U.S. dollar denominated government bonds, corporate bonds, mortgage pass through securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, and asset backed securities which have at least one year remaining to maturity. It invests in investment grade securities rated Baa3 or higher by Moody's or BBB- or higher by S&P or Fitch. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index, by using representative sampling technique. SPDR Series Trust - State Street SPDR Portfolio Aggregate Bond ETF was formed on May 23, 2007 and domiciled in the United States.
