Further, it offers coffee capsules under the BLACKBIXON brand name; and logistics, such as covers freight, forwarding, haulage and transportation, warehousing, and international agency services, as well as engages in the manufacture and sale of electric vehicles; and café and restaurant businesses. The company was formerly known as Ni Hsin Resources Berhad and changed its name to Ni Hsin Group Berhad in August 2021. The company was founded in 1957 and is based in Seri Kembangan, Malaysia.
