Privacy policy
How InsiderTradr uses your account, portfolio data, browser storage, and optional analytics. Information we use: Google sign-in supplies your account identifier, email address, name and optional profile picture. We store that profile and the holdings, transaction history and investor favourites you save. We do not receive your Google password or connect to your brokerage account. Why we use it: We use account and portfolio information to sign you in, remember your holdings and favourites, calculate portfolio views and provide the features you request. Network metadata is processed to deliver pages, detect abuse and apply rate limits. Optional usage counts help us understand which parts of the app are useful. Storage on your device: Local storage remembers your session token and cached profile, display preferences and privacy choices. The session token expires after 30 days. Signing out removes the local session and profile; it does not delete the account stored on our server. Privacy choices expire after six months and can be changed using Privacy settings. Optional analytics: Only after you enable analytics, we count page views, including visits to the sign-in confirmation, by day and route category. Analytics records contain no account identifiers, holdings, email addresses, IP addresses, search terms, query strings or individual stock symbols. Counts older than 90 days are removed when new usage is recorded. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable analytics. Providers and external content: Cloudflare hosts the app, database and security infrastructure. Google provides sign-in. Market and news sources supply public data. Portfolio analysis may send holdings and market context to Cloudflare Workers AI to produce suggestions. YouTube videos and TradingView widgets load only when you enable external media; those providers receive network information and may use their own cookies under their privacy policies. Retention and your choices: Account and portfolio records remain stored until deleted by the operator. You can remove holdings and favourites in the app, sign out on your device, and withdraw optional analytics or external media permission in Privacy settings. Contact the operator to request access, correction, export or deletion of your account information. Rights and available complaint channels depend on where you live. Security and changes: We use encrypted connections, verified Google sign-in, signed sessions and access checks. No service can guarantee absolute security.
